How to Receive Bitcoin

Receiving Bitcoin on Evento is fast, simple, and always in your control.
You have two ways to get paid:
1. Share your Lightning Address or QR Code
Your Lightning Address (like [email protected]) also has its own QR code.
Just open Receive and show it to the person paying you.
They can scan it with any Lightning wallet, and the payment will land in your wallet instantly.
2. Request a Specific Amount
If you need someone to pay a certain amount:
- Tap Receive
- Enter the amount in sats or USD
- Evento will generate a Lightning invoice and display a QR code
The person paying you simply scans that QR, and the exact amount is sent directly to you.
Both methods are instant, borderless, and self-custodial.
